Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and home care. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians - Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding - Take and record vital signs accurately - Perform phlebotomy procedures as required - Support patients with dementia care needs - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient service - Familiarity with electronic health records systems like Epic Qualifications: - Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program - Previous experience in hospital, assisted living, or home care settings preferred - Proficiency in providing senior care services - Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team setting Joining our team as a Nursing Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while advancing your career in healthcare.
