What We Offer: Competitive hourly rates starting at $23/hr, with overtime and holiday pay at $34.50/hr. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your lifestyle. Weekly pay every Thursday via direct deposit. Shifts available across all times with rotating weekends. Your Impactful Responsibilities Assist patients with essential daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals. Monitor vital signs and communicate any changes promptly to nursing staff. Help with patient mobility and transfers to maintain comfort and safety. Contribute to a clean and safe environment following infection control standards. Build meaningful connections with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a supportive atmosphere. Engage in ongoing training to continually enhance your skills. #IND7 High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of an accredited CNA training program. Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous healthcare experience preferred, yet new graduates with enthusiasm are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine, compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and focus. Basic knowledge of patient care protocols and commitment to safety.
