The CNA will work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, offering recovery and rehabilitation support and services to those who live in the facility. Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant: Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans Implement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors Assist medical treatment team as assigned Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different rooms Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Other related duties as assigned IND3 Requirements We Will Consider Candidates Who Have the Following Qualifications: MUST BE A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT AND . . . 21 years of age or older Must be certified in the State of Illinois with no waivers High School diploma or GED Basic Computer Skills Service mindset with compassion, tolerance, and understanding of adults with psychiatric disorders If you are looking for a Career with a Cause, Submit your Application Today – And Love What You Do!
