Responsibilities * Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities * Respond to call lights and provide timely support * Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions * Launder residents’ personal belongings * Help maintain a clean and safe environment * Work closely with team members to ensure quality care * Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts Requirements * Current CNA certification * High School Diploma or equivalent * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English * Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while also responding promptly to call lights and observing/reporting any changes in resident conditions. They are also responsible for laundering personal belongings and helping maintain a clean and safe environment while collaborating with the team.
