You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our Skilled Nursing Unit. Responsibilities * Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation * Respond to call lights and provide timely assistance * Participate in shift reports at the beginning and end of each shift * Support dining services by collecting menu tickets and assisting with meals * Perform restorative procedures as instructed * Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive condition * Help maintain a clean and safe living environment * Launder residents’ belongings and assist with room tidiness * Document resident care activities in electronic systems (e.g., AOD) * Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed Requirements * Valid Ohio State Tested Nurses Aide (CNA) license * High School Diploma or equivalent * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English * Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
