Responsibilities As a CNA, you will deliver hands-on care and support to residents in our Memory Care or Skilled Nursing Unit. Responsibilities include: * Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility * Responding to call lights and resident requests in a timely and respectful manner * Supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being in accordance with care plans * Maintaining a positive and calm environment that promotes resident dignity and rights * Encouraging residents to maintain independence whenever possible * Following safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines Requirements * Current CNA certification * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High level of patience, compassion, and professionalism * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
