Responsibilities of the Caregiver/CNA: Assist residents with personal care, including dressing, mobility, personal hygiene and meals Monitor resident medications and update health charts Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding resident’s medical and emotional condition Document and report any changes in resident's health status Ensure safety and well-being of each resident IND1 Requirements of the Caregiver/CNA: High school Diploma or G.E.D. required If CNA, certification must be current First Aid and CPR Certification required Must be able to speak, read and write English Experience working with older adults preferred Experience in a long-term care facility desirable Must maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Standards Must have compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults “Generations - Our Family Caring for Your Family for Generations to Come” Equal Opportunity Employer.
