Are you a licensed Home Care CNA in Narragansett, Rhode Island? CareCo Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients and make a meaningful, personal impact every day. We are offering a starting hourly rate of $25.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities • Care Coverage: Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support. • Client Outreach: Act as a CareCo ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication. • Adaptability: Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care. What We Are Looking For • Compassion and kindness with a genuine commitment to quality care • Prior experience in PCA or CNA roles within in-home care settings • Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow care plans • Flexibility to adjust schedules and work weekends as needed • Professional communication skills and a positive attitude Requirements • Valid CNA certification • Two forms of valid identification • Smartphone for scheduling and payroll • Attendance at a mandatory, paid in-person orientation
Responsibilities
