You respond quickly to needs, foster meaningful interactions, and bring compassion and professionalism to every interaction in our Memory Care or Skilled Nursing units. Responsibilities * Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities * Respond to call lights and provide timely support * Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions * Help maintain a clean and safe environment * Work closely with team members to ensure quality care * Enter data into computer on AOD * Provide menu/collect choices and assist residents with eating Requirements * Current CNA certification * High School Diploma or equivalent * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English * Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
