Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Help with catheter care and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
  • Document patient information accurately in electronic health records as required.
  • Travel to patients homes and provide care for patients on Hospice
