This unique field-based role offer guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) while providing variety, independence, and the opportunity to make direct impact on client care across your service area. Unlike a traditional assignment-based position, our Lead CNA Caregivers are trusted team members who help ensure clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. You'll support new client starts, assist with scheduling gaps, and provide reliable coverage when additional support is needed.
