Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience!  As a CNA, you will: * Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. * Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. * Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. * Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Open Shifts Available: * Full Time 1st: 6:00a - 2:30p (32+ hrs/wk) * Part Time 2nd: 2:00p - 10:30p (24hrs/wk) * Full Time 3rd: 10:00p - 6:30a (32+ hrs/wk) Qualifications: * State of Iowa CNA license required (CMA preferred) * Previous LTC or AL experience is preferred but not required What We Offer  * Starting pay rate based on years of experience * Shift Differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend * Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including health care, vision, dental, and 401(k).  Why Choose WesleyLife?
