Job Description The CNA @ The Cardinal at North Hills is responsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being. Schedule: Full Time 7am-3pm (includes every other weekend)Pay Range: $17 - $20+ Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K Free Meal each shift CNA: must be licensed in North Carolina verifiable through online registry What will I do every day? Monitor residents’ well-being in a general way and report any changes in condition to the appropriate associate/department immediately Assist residents with simple requests as needed or find appropriate associate to assist Learn resident preferences for opportunities to provide exemplary customer service, exceed resident expectations and enhance resident satisfaction Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities of daily living Provide companionship and develop strong resident relatio What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player Be a high school graduate Have a completed a Nursing Assistant course (State approved, if required) Special Requirements/Certifications I may need? Must be 21 years of age (or meet state requirements) Have current First Aid and CPR certification Have completed the required training, and/or certification (according to state) for assisting with medications CNA if required by state What’s in it for me?
