Oaknoll is currently seeking full-time CNAs to join our nursng care team! Scheduled hours will be from 7:00am- 3:30pm. Some holidays and every other weekend will be required. Why choose Oaknoll? Requirements Candidates must be a certified nurse aide in Iowa, active on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry, or have the ability to become certified within four months of hire. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively in a self-managed team environment. Candidates should have strong verbal communication skills for interacting with residents, their families, and coworkers. Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
