Job Details Job Location: FAIRLAWN HAVEN - ARCHBOLD, OH Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: Day Description CNA Full Time Opportunities 2nd Shift Available 8 hour shifts (2PM - 10:30PM) Includes holiday and weekend rotation. The CNA will focus on performing care to our residents throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Ideal candidate should be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Drug Free Workplace/ E.O.E./Veterans/Disabled and other protected category Qualifications Qualifications and/or Skills Required: State Tested Nursing Assistant or a Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready will need to complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire) Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights; First aid and CPR certification, preferred; Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public; Must have excellent attendance and work history;

Responsibilities

The CNA will focus on performing care to residents throughout the Care Center, assisting in various neighborhoods including Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care. The role includes holiday and weekend rotation.
