Requirements Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Current CPR certification. Organized with the ability to maintain accuracy, possess computer experience, and a willingness to learn new software. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments using the English language. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with nursing assistants and nursing administration to ensure established standards of care are met. Ability to provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-first approach. A pleasant personality with the ability to work closely with staff, residents, and family members in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner. Proven ability to always maintain confidentiality. Ability to perform the duties listed in the job description with autonomy. Must be flexible and accommodate changing priorities.
