Client visits can range from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on their specific needs to enhance the comfort, dignity, and independence of each client. To apply for this amazing opportunity, you’ll need a valid CNA certification and a Driver’s License!* Position Overview: Locations: Float between Thurston and Pierce County Full-Time: 5 days per week Compensation: $25/hr (starting at $24/hr during a 90-day probationary period) Bonus Opportunities: Multiple ways to boost your earnings Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week! Must have Day shift availability between 7am-6pm Transportation: Company car provided, plus gas reimbursement Care Setting: One-on-one in-home care for multiple clients each day Qualifications: Current and active Certified Nurse Assistant license A minimum of one (1) of experience in home care or home health. Valid Washington State driver’s license and automobile insurance. Eligible to work in the United States Must pass a Washington State Patrol criminal background check, fingerprint check and other pre-employment checks Meet safety sensitive job requirements. High school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification) Food Handlers permit Must possess a smartphone and access email Ability to communicate effectively Current physical and negative TB test, or ability to obtain them.
