Job Summary: We are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12 Hour shifts / or 24-hour shifts to provide one-on-one care in a client's home few days a week. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care Alzheimer's and Dementia experience Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens) Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
