Overview: In the role of the CNA /HHA will attend to the client as a companion and activities of daily living. Assist with maintaining the client’s home environment that is clean, safe, and orderly. This position is intended to enhance the quality of life- long term while decreasing rehospitalizations which is the MISSION of this company. Location: Ocala, FL

• High School graduate.

ASSIST ELDERLY OR DISABLED ADULTS WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES AT THE PERSON’S HOME. DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment
• Conversations, companionship and mental stimulation
• Medication monitoring and reminders
• Laundry and household chores
• Assisting with the activities of daily living (ADLs) when the patient is unable to complete an activity due to cognitive impairment, functional disability, physical health problems, or safety.
• Prepping breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
• Sometimes Transportation-grocery shopping, errands, Dr. Appts,etc
• Observing appearance and behavioral changes and reporting to the Supervisor
