JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated CNA’s, HHA’s, and PCA’s who are passionate about providing quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Our goal is to support our clients’ well-being, independence, and quality of life.

JOB TYPE

We are looking for full-time, part-time, and flexible shift caregivers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED is required. Relevant certifications or training are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a caregiving facility or home care role.
  • Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and patient, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving over 50 pounds and assisting with mobility.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable PERSONAL transportation.
  • Must pass a background check and any other relevant screenings.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful connections with clients through companionship and engaging conversations.
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support mobility and transfers, utilizing assistive devices as necessary.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, providing feeding assistance when needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and maintaining a tidy living environment.
  • Provide medication reminders as prescribed.
  • Transport or accompany clients to appointments and on errands.
  • Encourage clients’ participation in meaningful activities and ensure their comfort and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and document any changes in clients’ health or needs, promptly reporting them as necessary.
