The CNA Hospice aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire. Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire - if practicing within this state. 2 years experience (exception would be a nursing student with current CNA).
