You will assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene etc. Requirements Current Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA certification in applicable state CPR Certification Five (5) years of skilling nursing facility, assisted living, private duty, hospice or home health experience required Home health or hospice experience required Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide one-on-one patient care and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing and grooming. You will also engage in family teaching in the home setting.
