Job Details Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our CNA Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Available Shifts: Evenings and Nights CNA Responsibilities: Provide quality care to the facility residents. Complete assignments and assist other staff with their assignments when able. Document care delivery in an accurate and timely manner. Report pertinent changes in residents to the immediate supervisor. Work in cooperation and respectfully with other departments within the facility. Serve as a dependable employee by working on scheduled days and showing up to work on time. Follow direction and complete tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse. Adhere to safety precautions per each resident’s plan of care. Assist in the process of orientation of new staff members. CNA Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. A valid Indiana State Department of Health Nurse Aide Certification required. Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills. A minimum of 6 months prior nursing experience in long term care preferred.
