We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. REQUIREMENTS

• Supervising experience or nurse management background is advantageous.
• Experience working with students in an educational capacity is a plus, particularly in teaching hospitals or university environments.
• Strong documentation review skills are necessary for maintaining accurate patient records.
• Ability to develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs across various age groups, including pediatrics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
