CNA – Cardiac Transplant at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, evening shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training and Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course. Or CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements. Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualification: 1 year of General hospital experience. 1 year of experience as a CNA 2.
