Description MVH - Augusta is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant / Medication Technician (CNA/Med Tech) to join our specialized Memory Care Village serving our nation’s Veterans. This role is ideal for a resident-focused professional who is committed to providing respectful, dignified, and high-quality care to individuals with cognitive impairments. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ physical condition, behavior, or cognitive status Collaborate with nursing staff, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed Why Join Us? Experience in Long-Term Care desirable. Requires proficiency in spoken and written English. Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. Responsibilities
