Experience and Training Minimum age of 18 years old is required. High school graduate or high school equivalency diploma. Successful completion and certification of the State of Wisconsin approved Mediation Administration Assistant training program. Be current on the State of Wisconsin nurse aide directory. Be current on the federal nurse aid directory. A Licensed Practical Nurse may be employed as a Medication Administration Assistant when successfully completing the required educational units annually and maintaining licensure with the State of Wisconsin.
