Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026) Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $ 1.00 | 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $ 0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00 Department: Kresge Health & Rehab Center | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea, MI What You’ll Do in This Role: As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support Mealtime– Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health. Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers. Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion. Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.
