High Point Residence Quincy Quincy, IL 62305 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-time and part-time opportunities available Day and night shifts | Every other weekend required Shift Options: 7:00am – 3:00pm 3:00pm – 11:00pm 11:00pm – 7:00am ABOUT THE ROLE As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at High Point Residence Quincy, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of our residents. Through compassionate, hands-on care and meaningful daily interactions, you will help enhance the quality of life for those we serve. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Active CNA certification * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in a long-term care or senior living setting * Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility * Monitor and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team * Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents SKILLS & STRENGTHS * Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Ability to adapt to individual resident needs and preferences * Bilingual skills and EMR experience are a plus High Point Residence is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
