Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA) Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans Implement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring manner Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors Assist medical treatment team as assigned Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different rooms Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Other related duties as assigned IND2 Requirements Of the Rehabilitation Services Associate (RSA): 21 years of age or older CNA Certification required Experience in a mental health facility or other long term care facility preferred High School diploma or GED Basic Computer Skills Service mindset with compassion, tolerance, and understanding of adults with psychiatric disorders NOTE: Incomplete, inaccurate, outdated and untruthful resumes and/or applications may affect your consideration for employment.
