Schedule: We have both full-time and part-time positions, with the following shifts available (weekend and holiday rotation required): AM: 6:30am-2:30pm PM: 2:30pm-10:30pm NOC 10:30pm-6:30am Supportive Team: We invest in our team just like we invest in our residents Quick Hiring: Apply today and receive a response within 48 hours What You’ll Do: Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist with meal setup, dining, and light cleanup Monitor resident well-being and report any significant changes in condition Provide support with light housekeeping and laundry Help create a safe, calm, and respectful environment Administer medications as prescribed, under supervision of the Health & Wellness Director Monitor and document residents’ health and medication responses Ensure proper medication storage and timely reordering What You’ll Need: Must be 18 years or older 1-3 years of experience in senior care Medication Manager or Med Tech Certificate or willing to complete training/certificate within 2 weeks of hire for the Medication Tech certificate (Required) Experience with direct patient care/ADLs/memory care residents (preferred) Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Benefits Available to You: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Life & AD&D insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Supplemental plans: accident, critical illness, cancer, hospital indemnity Employee Assistance Program (EAP) To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
