We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. This role is critical in ensuring that patients receive the necessary care while promoting their independence and dignity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in patient care or a related field is highly preferred
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. MUST read, write and speak fluent English
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Must be physically capable of performing the duties required of the position, including lifting and assisting patients as necessary.

• Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
