Description We are currently hiring for a full-time overnight CNA, on our very special Skilled Nursing Village, Liberty Island. Why work at MVH – Augusta? Best staff-to-resident ratio and home-like setting A collaborative team focused on resident-centered care and respect Ceiling lifts to transfer residents from the bed to the bathroom Up to $25.76 per hour base rate for CNAs, based on experience $3.50 overnight and $2.50 weekend differential 138 private rooms are divided into household communities of about 12 individuals. Features include wireless internet access, flat-screen TVs, wireless call systems, and much more. Each household features a comfortable living room, dining room, den, fireplace, and large kitchen. Open floor plans eliminate long hallways as every room opens up to a common space, promoting connectivity and community. All finishes are warm and residential and look more like someone’s home rather than your traditional nursing facility. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral nursing team member who provides residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents’ assessment and Plan of Care.
