CNA WITH SIGN-ON BONUS Oswego, NY OVERVIEW Salary Range $21.49 - $21.49 Hourly Job Shift: Any DESCRIPTION We are currently offering a limited time Sign-On Bonus for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) St Luke Health Services | Oswego, NY St Luke is a non-profit nursing and rehabilitation facility in Oswego, NY. We’re not a corporate chain. We’re a community, and we’ve been caring for people in this area for a long time. We’re looking for CNAs who actually want to know their residents, not just get through a shift. Why Katherine Luther: * Non-profit mission, which means residents come first * A stable team that’s been here a while and actually supports each other * Manageable unit sizes so you can do your job well What you’ll do: * Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals * Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse * Help residents move safely, including transfers and ambulation * Respond to call lights and be present on the unit * Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and respect QUALIFICATIONS What we’re looking for: * Current NYS CNA certification in good standing * Dependable, patient, and genuinely kind * Long-term care experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person * Someone who shows up, follows through, and cares about the people in their care

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals. Monitor and record vital signs while ensuring residents are moved safely and treated with dignity.
