The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time. Additionally, employees will routinely sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 60 lbs or less and occasionally more than 60 lbs. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Employees may come into contact with body fluids and infection control practices are required. Operate patient care equipment such as, but not limited to, electric and manual high/low hospital bed, wheelchair, mechanical lifts, scales, etc. Minimal hazards if required Universal Precautions are followed. Employees must meet all training requirements as required by Federal and State regulations, and by Sunnyside.
