We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Industrial Engineer to help optimize production, drive innovation, and take our performance to the next level. Requirements About the Job We're looking for an experienced CNC 5-Axis Mill Set-Up Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you’ll take on complex set-ups for high-precision parts and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, and is ready to hit the ground running. Skill Requirements Minimum of 7 years set up experience Ability to read and understand CNC set-up sheets Knowledge of blueprint reading and shop math Follow CNC set-up sheet instructions Experience in Fanuc, Fadal & Haas machining centers Monitor quality per AS9100 requirements Ability to maintain close tolerances up to 0.0001 of an inch Able to lift up to 40 Lbs.
