Job Description Job Summary: 负责生产线设备(PH&VH)的维护及改进，对重大设备问题进行有效分析，并减少设备潜在风险，减少故障停机时间，不断提高设备利用率。 Job Responsibilities: 组织分析并消除设备主要问题，降低维修时间对设备运行状况进行评估，发现潜在设备运行风险，及时利用计划停机保养时间进行整改对设备进行深入分析，持续改进原有的设计缺陷，提高设备运行效率。积极推进TPM的不断改进，运用有效科学的工具提高解决问题的方法。协助仓库人员进行备件管理，并在保证设备稳定性的前提下积极推动备件国产化，降低维修成本。对技术员及新进员工进行技术培训，与其他同事分享经验，提高团队的整体技术水平。组织并实施新进设备的安装调试工作。积极参与与其他部门同事的有效沟通，配合客户达成目标。 Qualifications 本科以上学历，机械/自动化专业 3年以上CNC机床设备维修经验良好的机械电气知识熟悉数控系统，有加工中心机床维修相关工作经验熟悉计算机编程，特别是PLC程序良好的英文沟通能力 Additional Information 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币 3000 元整（仅限博世内部员工申请），具体请参见《博世中国内部推荐政策》 Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy: RMB 3000 (Valid only for Bosch associates). Responsibilities

The engineer is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of production line equipment, analyzing major equipment issues, and reducing potential risks. They will also work on continuous improvement of equipment efficiency and assist in spare parts management.
