We are looking for both entry level and skilled candidates. If you have a strong mechanical background, a willingness to learn the trade, and an attention to detail - you owe it to yourself to apply! Training would be provided. Base hourly wage rate is $22 to $30+ per hour depending on experience and skill level for level 2 positions. Requirements A CNC Machine Operator will know or be taught: Read and understand blueprints and job instructions Understand raw stock identification and preparation Run jobs as programmed with the ability to change/adjust machine offsets Modify tooling for job use Understand safe positions, absolute-machine-relative coordinates Understand X+/-, Y+/-, C+/- and B+/- Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements Perform basic maintenance on machine and fixtures Maintain a clean, organized, & safe work area; comply with all Safety and ISO standards Communicate well, follow instructions, and be responsible for personal performance Other Level 2 operator duties as required CNC Manufacturing Benefits include: Medical and Prescription - cost sharing with employer Dental - paid by employer Long Term Disability - paid by employer; Short Term Disability – paid by employee $25,000 Life Insurance - paid by employer Optional Life Insurance - paid by employee Simple IRA plan with employer match up to 3% Paid Time off and Holidays If you are just getting into the machining field and want to further advance, then CNC Manufacturing wants to speak to you! Responsibilities
The operator is responsible for running CNC machines according to programmed instructions and performing necessary adjustments to offsets and tooling. They must also conduct quality measurements using SPC and perform routine maintenance on machines and fixtures.
