QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in a technical field (apprenticeship, college diploma, or degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience servicing CNC equipment
  • Familiarity with control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Yasnac
  • Ability to read and interpret G-code and ladder logic
  • Strong understanding of machine geometry and high-speed machining
  • Willingness to travel within Canada
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and metrology tools is an asset

This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and commissioning CNC machinery and related systems at customer sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on CNC machines
  • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Conduct machine commissioning and accuracy testing, including 5-axis systems
  • Provide technical support and respond to service inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution
