Job Description We’re on the lookout for skilled CNC Grinders to join our team in Wolverhampton. In this role, you’ll be setting up and operating cylindrical grinding machines, ensuring top-quality output while helping to introduce new equipment and components. What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Operating internal and external cylindrical CNC grinders. Making basic program and offset adjustments, and using machine probe systems. Checking parts against specifications using measurement tools. Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers on development and new product introduction. Following process layouts and work instructions, while meeting quality standards. Taking part in First Line Maintenance and TPM activities. Supporting team development and maintaining a safe working environment. Qualifications Essential: Hands-on experience with CNC grinders in a precision engineering setting. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. Desirable: Apprenticeship-trained background. Experience with Studer machines (a plus, but not essential). Familiarity with measurement systems and probe tools. Flexibility to take on different tasks depending on workload. Willingness to work shifts. Responsibilities
