POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder with hands-on experience in precision surface grinding and or cylindrical grinding. The successful candidate will set up, program, and operate CNC grinding equipment to produce high-precision components, working with tight tolerances and complex designs.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC grinding (surface or cylindrical).
· Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CMM reports.
· Experience working with tight tolerances in a precision machining environment.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour

· Set up and operate CNC surface grinders and/or cylindrical grinders.
· Create, modify, and optimize CNC grinding programs.
· Work with close tolerances and various materials to machine high-precision parts.
· Interpret blueprints, specifications, and CMM reports to ensure quality standards are met.
· Perform first-off and in-process inspections, ensuring all finished parts meet specifications.
· Identify, select, and prepare tooling, jigs, and fixtures as required.
· Troubleshoot “out of tolerance” conditions and make necessary adjustments.
· Maintain equipment, including coolant, lubrication, and preventative maintenance tasks.
· Follow safety guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
· Complete required documentation and maintain production records.
