Who we are looking for: Sorinex is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HAAS Machine Operator to join our manufacturing and machining team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC HAAS machines to produce high-quality precision parts that meet strict specifications and tolerances. The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC machining experience, blueprint reading skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety. We are looking for someone who can: Operate CNC HAAS machines to perform precision machining on metals and other materials Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, setup sheets, and technical instructions Work from established setups and prints to efficiently execute machining processes Maintain production schedules while meeting or exceeding output and efficiency goals Record accurate documentation of machine operations, setups, and work orders Load and unload raw materials, safely handle parts, and prepare them for production stages Use CNC control panels to run, adjust, and optimize machining operations Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on CNC equipment Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm adherence to specifications Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor machine adjustments as needed Follow standardized work processes and maintain required production documentation Produce consistent, high-quality precision parts daily with minimal supervision Support production team goals by assisting with additional tasks as required Perform all other duties as assigned Physical Demands: Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Requirements Experience: CNC HAAS: 2 years
