About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and proactive CNC laser operator to join our afternoon shift, working Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm to 12:00 am (40 hours per week, full-time). The role includes an initial training period on day shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, to build capability as a Laser Operator (up to 3 months). Depending on progress, the successful candidate may transition to the afternoon shift earlier. In this role, you will: Program, set up, and operate CNC laser machines Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues Ensure production quality and accuracy meet established standards Complete documentation to an intermediate level of detail and accuracy Work independently, managing your workload and meeting deadlines effectively CNC laser experience Overhead crane and/or forklift experience preferred (training available) Full driver licence (F‑endorsement an advantage) Strong health & safety focus Good attention to detail and work ethic Able to work unsupervised Physically fit and reliable Permanent role with guaranteed hours and weekly wages Supportive team and great workplace culture Health and wellness programme Flat structure and approachable leaders Enhanced parental leave Ready to Join Us?
