QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
• Proficient in G-Code programming.
• Experience with microscope-based inspection methods.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring devices (Verniers, Pin Gages, CMMs).
• Familiarity with CNC laser machine operations and IPI procedures a big plus
• Working knowledge of design and drawing software such as AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, SolidWorks, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus

• Set up and run CNC equipment within the Marking Department.
• Configure machine settings and make necessary adjustments to meet job specifications.
• Ensure consistent quality and dimensional accuracy through proper process and assembly validation.
• Use mathematical formulas to convert, scale, and modify programs.
• Perform basic fixturing using vices, v-blocks, and rotary tables.
• Interpret and understand CNC code (G-Code) for machine operation.
• Follow visual and written instructions with high attention to detail and quality standards.
• Read and understand blueprints and geometric tolerancing.
• Operate and maintain CNC laser machines, including setup and execution.
• Understand feed rates, power parameters, and various material properties.
• Perform microscope-based inspections using light source tools.
• Use precision measuring tools including Verniers, Pin Gages, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with inspection criteria.
