About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our Stainless Laser Cutting Team. This is a full-time, permanent position within our warehouse and production team, supporting our laser cutting operations. This role involves loading and unloading materials onto laser machine, sorting and organising cut parts, and ensuring smooth workflow through the production process. For the right person, there is clear progression toward becoming a trained Laser Operator. What You’ll Do Load stainless steel sheets onto laser cutting machines Sort, stack, and organise cut parts accurately Assist with packing and dispatch of completed orders Support machine operators to maintain production flow Perform quality checks on finished parts Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided if required) Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm (40 hours per week) Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or production Forklift experience preferred (overhead crane experience a bonus) Physically capable of manual handling tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused A positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems) Supportive team environment where your contribution matters Clear pathway to become a Laser Operator On-the-job training and skill development Long-term career opportunities within a stable and growing business Access to Vulcan’s health and wellness programme The opportunity to represent a trusted industry leader Ready to Join Us?
