With AS9100D, ISO9001, and NADCAP certifications, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality precision components and sub-assemblies for a range of industries. ---------------------------------------- POSITION OVERVIEW We’re seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Laser Operator / Fabrication Technician to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating a Mazak CNC CO₂ Laser, along with supporting a variety of precision fabrication processes. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, an engineering mindset, and a desire to expand their skills in areas such as CNC tube forming. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC CO₂ Laser equipment for precision cutting operations. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency. * Operate and set up AMADA press brakes for precision forming. * Learn and assist with CNC tube forming and other advanced fabrication technologies. * Read and interpret blueprints, aerospace drawings, and technical specifications. * Perform quality inspections using standard measurement tools and maintain accurate process documentation. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, workflow efficiency, and preventive maintenance efforts. ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of hands-on experience in precision fabrication or manufacturing (aerospace experience preferred). * Proficiency with Mazak CNC laser systems or similar CO₂ laser cutting equipment. * Experience operating AMADA press brakes or equivalent forming machinery. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. * Eagerness to learn new technologies, including CNC tube forming. * Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious. * Strong teamwork and communication abilities. ---------------------------------------- WHY JOIN JOINED ALLOYS * Modern, state-of-the-art aerospace fabrication facility. * Opportunities for career growth and cross-training in advanced manufacturing technologies. * Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package. * Supportive, team-driven environment that values innovation, precision, and continuous learning.
