Qualifications & Skills: * Previous experience operating CNC laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment * Strong understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and operational adjustments * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings * Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures * Knowledge of material types, thicknesses, and grain direction preferred * Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift * Team-oriented, dependable, and able to meet daily production schedules Job Duties: * Set up, operate, and adjust CNC laser cutting machines according to work instructions and customer specifications * Load raw material sheets, unload finished parts, and manage scrap material * Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency * Inspect parts throughout production using appropriate measuring tools and documentation * Perform basic machine maintenance, nozzle changes, and lens cleaning as required * Follow all safety procedures related to laser operation, material handling, and shop equipment * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Benefits: * Paid holidays * Paid vacation * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match
