Description
Integrated Magnetics is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to operate and maintain CNC lathe machines for the production of precision parts. The CNC Lathe Machinist will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up machines, programming, and producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications. This position supports our mission to deliver superior custom-engineered solutions to the military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical sectors. Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, programming and operating CNC lathe equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Shift options include First Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Second Shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with hourly rates reflecting experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist or similar role. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining instructions. Proficiency in programming CNC lathe machines and using measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and maintain a safe working environment. Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.
