This position is for a CNC Lathe Machinist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and operation of the multi-axis computer control machines, as well as inspecting their own parts. All CNC Lathe Machinists with a minimum of 1 year experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with Vertical Lathe and/or Twin Spindle Machine experience will be given advantaged consideration.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of two years in the shop or manufacturing area.

STANDARD WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

• The physical ability to stand, reach, lift, and concentrate on the job at hand.
• Must have adequate vision
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Any job, task, or function within your ability requested to do by management.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have good people skills. An in-depth knowledge of all the tools and fixtures related to aerospace machining industry.
