We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Turning Department.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components. You will play a key role in ensuring our high standards for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC lathes and mills.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
  • Comfortable performing quality checks using precision measurement tools.
  • DMG/Mori Seiki NT4300/1500 turn/mill experience is a major plus.
Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering and quality plans, and GD&T specifications to plan machining operations.
  • Set up lathes (including three- and four-jaw chucks), tooling, and attachments.
  • Load stock materials into machine feed mechanisms.
  • Perform first-run verification, sample inspections, and maintain machining tolerances per drawings.
  • Operate machines for turning, grooving, knurling, facing, and thread chasing operations.
  • Monitor and adjust processes, tooling, and programs as needed for optimal performance.
